Bond Clean
If you’re ending your lease and moving out of a rental property, you’ll need a Bond Clean.
Unlike a regular Move Out Clean, a Bond Clean meets specific requirements set by your real estate agent to ensure you get your bond back.
Be sure to let us know you need a Bond Clean when booking, otherwise we can’t guarantee you’ll get your bond back.

After booking, your request goes on our jobs board, and your area coordinator will find the perfect cleaner based on your needs, location, and schedule.
You’ll be notified once we’ve matched you.

Your cleaner will contact you to discuss your service details and provide a tailored quote.
Make sure you understand the costs before the service starts.
On your cleaning day, you’ll meet your cleaner and review the work to ensure it meets your standards.
Payment is made directly with the cleaners.

Cleaning priority list
Because our service is entirely customisable, we recommend making a cleaning priority list for your cleaner.
This ensures they can get your most pressing cleaning tasks done during your service.
Preparing Your Home
For bond or move-in/move-out cleans, ensure all furniture is removed beforehand.
For spring cleans, cleaners won’t move heavy furniture, so you’ll need to do this yourself for safety reasons.
Prepare the payment
On the day of your cleaning service, you’ll need to be present when your cleaner arrives to clarify what you want done and again when they finish to inspect the clean and make payment.
Payment must be made on the same day as the service.
Equipment and Products
For one-off services, our cleaners bring their own equipment and products.
However, if you have specific products you’d like them to use, you can provide them and inform your cleaner.

Our cleaners can be very flexible. Arrange suitable day and time with either our Area Coordinators or with your cleaner directly. It’s that easy! The benefit of coming home to a neat and tidy home without having to give it a second thought is what matters most.
Can the cleaner come out and quote?
Our cleaners can provide an estimate over the phone, however the actual number of hours of service will depend on your home and the cleaning tasks you wish to have completed. Our cleaners will do their best to get to your priority list within the number of hours allotted.
Do I need to be home during my cleaning service?
If you are having a once-off cleaning service, you will need to be there when the cleaner arrives, and you will need to check the clean when they finish. You can either stay during the whole service or just attend at the beginning and the end. If you are having a regular cleaning service, you don’t have to be home during your service. We do recommend that you have a meeting with your cleaner beforehand and if you can be home during the first service that is preferrable. If you’re home during the first service, you can show them what you want cleaned and where all the products and equipment are. But if that’s not possible it’s important to have a conversation with your cleaner before they begin your service.
Do I need to provide cleaning equipment and products?
This will depend on the type of service you are having. For our once-off cleaning service our cleaners bring their own products and equipment. But if you’re receiving regular cleaning services, your cleaner will use the products and equipment you like and use in your home. If you would like your regular cleaner to provide their own products you can simply pay a small fee to have this included in your regular service.
This all depends on your home, how clean it is now and whether you would like to start your service with your home fully refreshed. We do recommend getting a once-off clean first, it’s a great way to start off your regular service with a clean slate, it will make it much easier to maintain the clean in subsequent services.
