    Our fresh recruits complete preliminary training prior to commencing their employment. Including comprehensive training on different cleaning solutions, chemical reactions and best practice for all household materials and surfaces.

    On - Going Training

    Absolute Domestics cleaners continue their training journey with online resources, video classes and webinars.

    Evaluative Training

    To ensure our cleaning contractors maintain their industry knowledge, they complete periodic evaluative training such as Situation reaction tests, quizzes, and demonstrations.

    The first contact you’ll have with them is when you book the service and they get to work, narrowing down your ideal cleaner based on your requirements, skills requests, location and schedule preferences.  

     

    Our area managers are dedicated to caring for their clients, we check in after your first service to see how it went and get any feedback. If you’re unhappy they will work with you to resolve the issue, whatever it takes.  

    If you ever want to change your scheduled cleaning days, the frequency of your service or your cleaner, your area manager will be ready to help you. They can help you change and customise your service experience to fit your lifestyle.
