Our catch up clean is perfect for those looking for help maintaining household chores without the commitment of an ongoing regular service. This service is a single, once-off clean, to help you reset and refresh your home. This suits young professionals with busy lives or working parents with a family to look after. 


Like all our other services, our occasional catch-up service can be tailored by you for exactly what your home needs. From your usual vacuuming, mopping and wiping surfaces right through to pantry tidying, ironing and making the beds. We even offer carpet cleaning services so you don’t have to worry about those mystery stains you can’t seem to get rid of. 


Products and equipment are generally supplied by the client for a catchup service, and remember – if you love the service as much as we know you will, it’s easy to change over to a regular ongoing service!

Our services can be tailored by you for exactly how you like it, from the usual vacuuming, mopping and wiping surfaces right through to pantry tidying, ironing and making the beds. Carpet cleaning services may also be available in your location. You establish this relationship and expectations with your cleaner when you meet, and continue with them as you go. Your assigned cleaner calls you to organise a time to clean.

Payment is made directly to the cleaner.

Frequently asked questions

  • Do I need to provide cleaning products?

    Yes, it is better to use your own cleaning equipment and products for a regular or catchup service however for a one-off clean such as a move out or spring clean, cleaning equipment and products are provided. If you would like product and equipment supplied by the cleaner, there is a small additional cost.

  • What if I need to change the scheduled cleaning?

  • Do I need to be home when the cleaner services my home?

    No, but it is important to arrange a meeting to discuss your needs prior to the service starting. Our cleaners provide the best service when they completely understand your cleaning requirements and how to use your equipment. We find that an initial meeting will help make both you and your cleaner happy. If you are not going to be home during your house cleaning, you will, however, need to arrange access to your home with your cleaner.
