An end of tenancy clean covers the things a property manager checks at the final inspection: the oven and rangehood filter, inside all cupboards and drawers, skirting boards, window tracks and sills, interior glass, bathroom scale and surface mould, and every floor in the house. It works best once the furniture is out, so book it for after you’ve moved. Carpet steam cleaning and exterior windows aren’t included, so arrange those separately if your tenancy agreement requires them.
Yes. Regular cleans are matched to one cleaner who returns each week or fortnight. If the match is not right, tell your coordinator and we will place someone else with you rather than making you start the search again from the beginning.
No. Most Christchurch customers are at work. You can arrange a key or a lockbox with your cleaner once you have met them. It is worth being home for the first clean so you can walk through the house and set the priorities, then it is up to you from there.
