Coverage depends on which cleaners are working near you at the time, so put your postcode into the booking form and we will confirm your street.
Yes. Regular cleans are matched to one cleaner who returns each week or fortnight, so they learn your home and you stop having to explain it. If it is not the right fit, tell your coordinator and we will match you with someone else rather than making you start from scratch.
As an added bonus, if your cleaner is unwell or away on leave we can also find a substitute during that period.
Yes. Apartments are a large part of our Auckland work. Tell us at booking how access works, whether that is a swipe fob, a code, a concierge or a building manager, and whether there is a loading bay or visitor park. Your cleaner will confirm the arrangement with you at the first visit.
No. Most Auckland customers are at work while their cleaner is there. You can arrange a key, a lockbox or building access directly with your cleaner. Many people are home for the first visit to walk through the house and agree priorities, then hand over access from the second clean on.
Yes. All Cleaners are police checked and background checked before being matched with a household, and the work is covered by public liability insurance.
